Henry Welbore Agar-Ellis, 2nd Viscount Clifden, Born

Henry Welbore Agar-Ellis, 2nd Viscount Clifden, was born on January 22, 1761. Henry Welbore Agar succeeded to the title of Viscount Clifden upon the death of his father, Welbore Ellis Agar, 1st Viscount Clifden, in 1805.
